Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apple
  • 1 cup kiwifruit
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1/2 lb raspberries
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave

Instructions

  • Core and chop apples. Peel and chop kiwi. Core, stem, and chop strawberries. Roughly chop blueberries and raspberries.
  • Combine prepared fruit, lime juice, and honey. Serve immediately, or chill in refrigerator up to 1 week.
