Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill salmon until done, about 4 minutes per side.
Flake salmon; discard skin.
Spread 1/4 the cream cheese on each cream cheese on each tortilla.
Combine salmon, feta, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread 1/4 the salmon mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up.

Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
