Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps

  • 4 oz turkey breast no nitrates, nitrites, or added sugar
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce
  • 2 oz uncured bacon no sugar listed in ingredients
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese sliced or grated
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise no sugar listed in ingredients, see notes
  • 1 tomato cored and sliced


  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Break in half.
  • Arrange turkey, bacon, cheese, mayo, and tomatoes evenly over each lettuce leaf.
