BLT Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 oz uncured bacon no sugar listed in ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise no sugar listed in ingredients, see notes
  • 1 tomato cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Break in half.
  • Arrange bacon, mayo, avocado, and tomatoes evenly over each lettuce leaf.
