Heat oil. Add onion, carrots, and salt. Saute 5 minutes. Add cabbage. Cook 5 more minutes. Turn heat to high and stir in wine, pepper, and celery seeds. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 min. stir in vinegar
We served this with grilled Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Sausages from Applegate Organics and black eyed peas.
