Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Combine asparagus, tomatoes, and olive oil in a large bowl. Toss well to coat. Arrange vegetables on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
