Easy Keto Microwave Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 4 Tbsp asiago cheese grated
  • 8 each egg
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in basil and asiago. Whisk together the eggs and oil. Fold egg mixture into flour mixture. Spray 4 microwave safe dishes with cooking spray. Divide batter evenly among 4 dishes. Microwave 1 minute. Rotate. Microwave 30 seconds. Check for doneness. If not done, microwave on 10 second intervals, checking each time, until done. Slice in half.

Notes

I used 4 cup glass pyrex dishes for testing purposes.
