1-2-3 Eat! Baked Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillet 4-6 oz. each
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400. Place salmon in a greased baking dish. Combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour over salmon. Bake uncovered at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily when pricked with a fork.
