2zucchinimedium, zoodled
8ozcheddar cheesegrated
2ozcream cheesesoftened

Instructions
Blackened Tilapia
Heat oven to 425. Mix first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mix onto each side of each fillet. Add fillets to a baking dish. Bake at 425 for 11-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Asparagus
Cut into 2 inch pieces. Insert steamer basket into medium saucepan. Fill saucepan with 2-3 inches of water. Place asparagus in steamer basket, place over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, cover. Steam 6 minutes.
Cheesy Zoodles
Heat cheeses in a small skillet until melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth. Add zoodles and stir to coat.
