Baked Orange Roughy
- 4 orange roughy filet 4-6 oz. each, or any mild white fish
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Parmesan Zoodles-n-Noodles
- 2 zucchini large, zoodled or shredded
- 8 oz 100% whole grain spaghetti noodles thin
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Baked Orange Roughy
Preheat oven to 350. Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Add fillets. Sprinkle fillets with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
