Clean Eating Tuna Melts

Ingredients

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado mashed, ripe
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 each 100% whole grain hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Open hamburger buns and place each half, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Drain tuna. Mix tuna, yogurt, avocado, and cheese. Spread over cut sides of buns. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until melted.
