Preheat grill to medium. Rinse pork, and pat dry. Combine applesauce, maple syrup, preserves, balsamic vinegar, Aminos, tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, white wine vinegar, and water in a sauce pan. Mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 min or until thickened. While sauce is cooking, grill pork, about 20 min or until no longer pink in center. Serve pork with sauce.
