Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium-low. Grill chicken 8-10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Onions
Preheat grill. Slice ends of sprouts. Slice in half. Cut onion into slices vertically. Place sprouts and onions in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss well. Add vegetables to a grill basket. Sprinkle with salt. Grill over medium heat 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add grilled veggies to serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and let steam another 10 minutes.
Parmesan Noodles
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1/2 lb. noodles. Boil 8 minutes or until noodles have reached desired doneness. Drain. Toss with 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese.
