Avocado Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 slices 100% Whole Grain Bread with no high fructose corn syrup
  • 2 avocado ripe, sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach fresh
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter soft

Instructions

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Preheat pan over medium heat.
  • Layer the avocado, spinach, and cheese on the non-buttered side of the bread. Top with second slice.
  • Cook, butter side down, 2-3 minutes or until golden, turn to cook the other side.
  • Remove from pan and repeat with remaining sandwiches.
