Lemon-Brown Butter Catfish

Ingredients

  • 4 catfish filet
  • 1 Tbsp seafood seasoning such as Old Bay
  • 1/4 cup 100% whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine flour and seafood seasoning. Dredge catfish in flour mixture. Shake off excess.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Pour lemon juice over fish. Serve.
