Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is completely opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Notes
*we used Barramundi fish for testing purposes
