BLT Lettuce Wraps

- 2 oz uncured bacon no sugar listed in ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise no sugar listed in ingredients, see notes
- 1 tomato cored and sliced
Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Break in half.
Arrange bacon, mayo, avocado, and tomatoes evenly over each lettuce leaf.
