Carrot Chips

Ingredients

  • 16 oz carrot peeled and cut crosswise into thin chips
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Toss carrots in a bowl with the oil until they are well-coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
