Salmon

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp herbal seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 salmon fillet 6 oz, wild caught

Sides

  • 3 cups Asparagus steamed
  • 2 cups potato boiled
