Cut tortillas into fourths. Toss in a bowl with oil. Arrange in a single layer in basket of air fryer. It's ok if they touch a little bit because they'll curl up a little while cooking, but they should not overlap a lot. Work in batches if necessary.
Sprinkle with salt, to taste. (I learned the hard way that a little goes a long way here.)
Cook on Air Fry at 375 for 4 minutes. Check for doneness. Cook additional time, checking after every minute, to desired doneness. Serve warm or allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
