Keep Moving Forward

I’ve talked to, what seems like, an extraordinary amount of people lately, that have said, “I’m 40, 50, 60 years old, it’s too late for me to start anything new. ”  I remember thinking that at 30!   But it took me 10 MORE years to ACTUALLY start doing something about my health.  

There was always a good excuse to NOT start.  “I’ve tried ALL the diets”, “nothing works for ME”, “I’m just meant to be overweight and just need to be content”, “I don’t have the time”, “I don’t have the money”, “I don’t have the energy!”

What I learned through this was there is time, there is money, there is energy and something will work for you…but don’t give up.  You only fail when you stop trying!   I still have moments of weakness and failed attempts at being “on track”, but the difference now?  I know what the “track” looks like…so it’s easy to get right back on it, and keep moving forward, and NOT stop!
