For the past 3+ years, we’ve been publishing a weekly meal plan for our Clean Plate Club members along with 3-5 new 90/10-approved recipes. Through that effort, we’ve compiled over 830 recipes in our database and developed over 150 weeks of meal plans for our members!
However, while the 90/10 system works amazing for a lot of people, many people still have certain dietary preferences. For example, some people are gluten free due to sensitivities or allergies, some feel better when they eat low carb, and some are vegetarian or vegan for various reasons including environmental concerns. Fortunately, the 90/10 system works great with all of these preferences, but in the past we haven’t offered meal plans tailored to these individual differences.
3 New Healthy Meal Plan Options
We’re excited to announce that, as of today, we are introducing 3 new healthy meal plan options to our weekly meal plans for Clean Plate Club members. All of these options will follow the 90/10 system (tiers and all) as well as the dietary restrictions of that particular type. As a member, you’ll have access to the following meal plan options:
- Low Carb – All the meals on this plan will be keto-friendly.
- Gluten Free – All the meals on this plan will be gluten free (but not always low carb).
- Vegetarian – All the meals will be vegetarian and many will be vegan.
- 90/10 Regular – This is our normal meal plan that just follows the 90/10 guidelines.
