  1. Spread a slice of whole-wheat bread with plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Add grated carrots, 1/2 of a sliced avocado, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, and sprouts.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper, and top with another slice of bread.

  1. Simply toast some whole wheat bread, cook the egg to your liking (could be over easy, sunny side up, scrambled, over hard, etc), and make a sandwich with cheese (go light), tomato slices, and avocado (sliced or mashed). I will be seasoning with a little cholula hot sauce because it is a must.
