    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
    2. Brown turkey, garlic powder, sage, and allspice. When cooked through, layer into the bottom of greased baking dish.
    3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and seasoning mixture of choice. Add carrots and zucchini to eggs and stir to combine. Pour egg mixture over sausage.
    4. Bake for 45 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly browned on top.
