    Grilled Salmon
    1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill salmon until done, about 4 minutes per side.
    2. Flake salmon; discard skin.
    3. Spread 1/4 the cream cheese on each cream cheese on each tortilla.
    4. Combine salmon, feta, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread 1/4 the salmon mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up.
    Baked Salmon
    1. Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
    2. Flake salmon; discard skin.
    3. Spread 1/4 the cream cheese on each cream cheese on each tortilla.
    4. Combine salmon, feta, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread 1/4 the salmon mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up.
