Do not confuse this with the Steak Stir Fry that we published a few years ago, as this Healthy Flank Steak Stir Fry is completely different.  Ok, well, maybe not completely different.  But it’s different enough to be different, and great enough to be great.

    Stir Fry
    1. Heat coconut oil over medium high heat. Add steak. Cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
    2. In same pan, add carrots and red pepper. Stir fry 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms, zucchini, and peapods. Stir fry another 2-4 minutes. Return beef to pan.
    Stir Fry Sauce
    1. Stir cornstarch with 3 tbsp water. Set aside.
    2. Mix bragg, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Pour over veggies and beef in pan, and stir in cornstarch mix. Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over cooked brown rice, if desired.
