    Instructions

    1. Half peppers, deseed and place in oven at 400 degrees Place 2 InstaPot cups of brown rice in InstaPot with 2.5 InstaPot cups of water Brown meat. Add in red onion and rice. When peppers are tender, mix 1 cup of cheese into meat/rice mixture and place into peppers. Top each serving with additional shredded cheese if desired. Bake 10 minutes on 400. Serve
